Creamy Cilantro Dip ~ Another yummy dip courtesy of Tim's sister Michelle
Most Texans have been to Chuy's and probably love their white dip :) Here is a version VERY similar and VERY easy as well
16 oz sour cream
1 bunch of cilantro
Pkg. of dry Hidden Valley Ranch Dip or Dressing
2-3 jalepenos
Pull the tops (leaves) off of the whole bunch of cilantro and put them in food processor (or blender) with the sour cream, pkg of ranch dip and the jalepenos (seeded of course) and blend! Depending on the spicyness of your palate, use more or less of the jalepenos. Just how daring are you? When it comes to hot peppers, me, not so much :)
This is great with chips but also good on sandwiches and if you add a little milk, a great dressing for your salad.
