This is Paula Deen's Ultimate Coffee Cake in real time! I put it together last night so it could rise and baked it this morning for 30 minutes so it was still warm when I brought it to work :) It was a hit! You can experiment with the recipe and add different pudding flavors and nuts. You will find the recipe in an older post below...
My favorite was the butterscotch with pecans, but the vanilla with sliced almonds is good and the one pictured I used caramel pudding flavor, with some caramel topping and walnuts and it was very good as well. I did add an extra 1/2 cup of brown sugar and would have added more nuts if I had more!
Try it, you will like it...I promise!
